Inca Trail Reservation for 2023

Inca Trail Reservations, Permits for Inca Trail trek to Machu Picchu will go on sale in Oct  2023 When you pre-book with us, we guarantee we will be at the permit office the day the permits go on sale. In order to get your permits. We have never failed to get a preferred permit date for our pre-booked trekkers.

The entire month of April,May and June, July are always  sold out in the first few hours when permits get on sale. So if you are planning to hike the Inca Trail during those months we highly recommend you to send your personal information and the tour deposit as soon as you can.

Make your Inca Trail reservations for ,2023  with us is really easy.

1.-Please go to bottom that said Book It Then, select the Inca Trail version you are interesting in hike and fill in the booking form on there, in order to provide your personal details for each hiker or send us the  copy of your passport  of each participant of your group:

2.- Then you must  send us a trek deposit to guarantee your Inca Trail spot. We accept deposits through PayPal.The Paypal deposit is US $200 dollars per person. PayPal charges a 6% service fee (for the international transfer). Please note that PayPal doesn´t add the 6% automatically and it is not included in the tour price–you must add it manually to the $200.tour deposit, which will bring your total to $212.00.per person The deposit should be sent to …..

When we receive your deposit via PayPal, we will send you a booking invoice and confirmation that we have received your deposit and your tour has been booked.

The remaining balance will be due in Cusco 2 day before the departure of the tour, it can also be paid in advance through PayPal with a 6 percent merchant fee paid by the traveler,   We accept both U.S. and Peruvian currency of any denomination. We do not accept any torn bills.

Can I pay my final balance with credit card ?
Yes, currently, we accept Visa and MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express payment for the remainder of your trek/tour balance. However, we will add 6% to the total amount.
